Jacinta Luis Quartet connets Goa with Canada - Goa Chitra

The Jacinta Luis Quartert - Live in Concert
(First Live Concert in India)

Featuring Jacinta luis-vocals/piano
Aston colaco-Sax,
Colin D'Cruz -bass
Lester Godinho - Drums

Its was a mesmerizing performance from Jacinta luis at the Goa Chitra at Benaulim. The Tanzanian born who had part of her education in Goa is a versatile and dynamic vocalist, pianist and songwriter; she is also a music professor at Dawson College in Montreal.
She enthralled the crowd at Goa chitra with her Music.
Jacinta Luis sang the catchy upbeat song “GOA” composed for the celebration of World Goa Day 2010. Jacinta has dedicated the song “GOA” to the children of Goa who do not have the privilege of sharing in the joys of music education.
It was amazing to listen to her sing in Konkani folk songs. Colin D'Cruz on the bass was amazing as always, Aston Colaco was great at the saxophone and Lester Godnho was fantastic at the drums.
